Gruner Veltliner’s typical notes of white pepper and ripe stone fruit are present and correct, with a concentrated firm texture leading to a long dry finish. Expect the wine to soften and fill out with ageing and more nutty, creamy characters to emerge.

With a dry finish and a texture suited to dining, this wine is a versatile partner to dishes with white meats, salads and can stand up well to spicy and fragrant dishes. Slightly chilled with Wiener Schnitzel will give the most authentic experience.
